This museum is a park-like setting with reconstructed farmhouses from various parts of Japan. The park is about 36,000 m2 in area and has 12 homes from Iwate Prefecture to the north to Kagoshima Prefecture to the south. All were originally built in the Edo Period, and four have been designated Cultural Properties of Japan and five Cultural Properties of Osaka Prefecture.

How to get there: Get off the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway (continuation of Midosuji Subway Line) at Rokuchi Koen.
Hankyu Takarazuka Line at Sone. About 30 minutes (2 km) on foot heading east from there.
About 1 km west from National Rt. 423 (Shinmidosuji Blvd.). Hattori Rokuchi No. 1 parking lot is the closest.
